The Pavilion Restaurant is part of the
West Coast Academy of Hospitality
and Tourism and offers a great dining
experience to the public at very
reasonable rates. Menus are seasona
 and reflect the high standard of training
being offered at this TAFE college -
with an international staff
dedicated to delivering excellence.

This small but busy cafe
is adjacent to the Barista Academy
and offers fresh cooked
food to students and the
general public, created by
students and apprentices
undergoing their training.

new West Coast

Academy of Hospitality & Tourism
. while Scott Alfonso on the right
(hailing from America ) is
currently working at a
restaurant in Perth.

Jean Daniel's famous pate is always a big drawcard on the menu at the Jolly Frog
 - here he is, divulging his secret recipe for Angela at last !!
